    Frequently Asked Questions

Administrative support first: inbox and calendar management, scheduling, meeting notes and follow-up, documents, records, data entry, and recurring reports. From there I take on operations support such as project coordination, client onboarding, and process documentation. Because I am comfortable with technology, I also handle CRM and workflow work and website updates.

It depends on what you need. I offer ongoing monthly retainers and one-off projects. Tell me what your team needs help with and I will put together something that fits the workload and your budget.

Yes. I work with clients in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, and time zones have never been a blocker in the years I have been working remotely.

I review every inquiry personally and reply within one business day. Inside a retainer I am usually back to you the same business day during the working hours we agreed on.

Yes. A lot of my clients started with a single project such as a CRM cleanup, a broken workflow, a website update, or a backlog of admin, and moved to a retainer once things settled.

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Keap, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Zapier, Make, and the usual document and reporting tools. If you use something I have not worked with before, I learn it.

Fill out the inquiry form on the contact page or email valentina@rellatech.io. I review each request myself and respond within one business day. If Rellatech looks like the right fit, I invite you to a free consultation and we plan from there.

You work directly with me throughout the engagement. I handle recurring administrative work and can also support many of the CRM, workflow, and website tasks connected to it.

Both. Some clients need me every week, others just reach out when something comes up. I'm flexible either way.

Tech, creative services, consulting, nonprofits, growing businesses. I've worked across a lot of different industries, so I pick things up quickly no matter what space you're in.

Very seriously. I'm happy to sign NDAs and I follow strict data protection practices. Your information stays private, full stop.

Absolutely. I'm used to fitting into existing workflows and working alongside other team members. I adapt to your tools and communication style.

Four things worth thinking through first.

If you have never hired a virtual assistant before, these are almost always the first things on your mind. Direct answers, no sales pitch.

A virtual assistant handles the recurring work that keeps a business running: inbox and calendar, scheduling, client onboarding, CRM updates, invoicing, light research, social posting. A technical virtual assistant (what I do) also handles automations, CRM builds, websites, dashboards, LMS setups, and the integrations that stop the work from coming back next week.

    The money questions, answered straight.

It depends on how much work there is and how much ownership you want me to take. There are three levels: flexible administrative support, ongoing admin and operations support, and an embedded operations partnership. Tell me what is taking up your time and your approximate monthly budget in the inquiry form, and I will recommend the most practical option with a flat monthly fee in writing.

How the day to day runs.

Slack, email, or your project tool of choice. Most clients land on Slack for quick stuff and email for things that need a paper trail. I match your style, not the other way around.

Trust and security, worth knowing up front.

Always. I sign yours, or I use a mutual one. Confidentiality is the baseline, not a feature.

What you can expect when we work together.

I'd rather over-explain than leave you guessing. Most retainer clients land on the following rhythm after the first month.

    Monday kickoff

Quick written check-in: priorities for the week, anything urgent, what's blocking you.

    Mid-week deep work

I'm in your inbox, CRM, decks, and project tool. You stay focused on the work only you can do.

    Friday wrap

Written report covering hours used, what shipped, what's in flight, what I need next week.
