What's included

A lot of business owners get caught in the same trap. They know consistent presence drives the business but writing posts and chasing engagement is the exact thing that gets shoved off the calendar every week. Three weeks go by, the feed goes silent, and now there is a "I am back!" post that nobody wants to write. The fix is not a fancier strategy. It is a calendar you keep, captions written in your voice without you sitting at the laptop, and someone catching the comments while you are in meetings. That is what I run.

Content calendar planning and approval workflow
Scheduling across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
Caption writing in your voice (or copy-edit yours)
    Carousel, reel, and graphic templates
Email newsletter scheduling and segment management
    Comment moderation and DM triage
    Monthly performance reporting
UTM tagging and basic SEO hygiene

A monthly content rhythm that does not require your daily attention

    • ●Last week of the month: 60-minute content planning call. I pick four to six themes, agree on the calendar, and decide what needs your input.
    • ●First week of the month: I batch-write all captions and graphics. You get one Notion page to approve in 20 minutes.
    • ●Throughout the month: I schedule everything in advance, watch the comments daily, and flag anything that needs your eyes.
    • ●Mid-month: a 30-minute check-in to talk about what is working, what to adjust, and any time-sensitive posts coming up.
    • ●End of month: written report with the metrics that matter and one recommendation for next month.

    Social & marketing FAQ

Both options exist. Most clients start by sending me raw content (voice notes, screenshots, half-written captions) and I shape it into ready-to-post pieces with captions, hashtags, and graphics. Some clients want me to ideate and write everything in their voice based on a monthly content brief. Tell me what you have time for and I will build the workflow around that.

Instagram, LinkedIn (personal and company pages), Facebook (pages and groups), X, Pinterest, TikTok scheduling, and YouTube community posts. I do not do paid ads management as a primary service (that is its own discipline) but I can coordinate with your ads agency.

Yours. Step one of any social engagement is a voice review: I read 30 to 50 of your past posts and emails, write a one-page voice guide with vocabulary and phrases to use or avoid, and you sign off on it before I write a word for public consumption.

Buffer, Later, Metricool, Hootsuite, Planoly, and the native Meta Business Suite. For email I work in Flodesk, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, and Kajabi email. I will use whatever you already pay for. If you have nothing, I usually recommend Buffer for social and Flodesk for email as the cleanest combo.

Yes, with rules. I agree on a response framework first: tone, what to escalate to you, what gets a templated reply, what never gets a reply. I keep a shared doc of common questions and the approved answers so the voice stays consistent.

Yes. Newsletter writing, scheduling, segment management, A/B subject line testing, and the monthly performance report. Most clients combine social and email into one engagement because the calendar planning overlaps.

Reach, engagement rate, follower growth, top three posts and why they worked, click-throughs to your site, email open and click rates, list growth, and one recommendation for next month. The format is a one-page summary plus a Looker Studio dashboard you can check anytime.

Ongoing social and marketing work is quoted according to channels, how often you publish, content readiness, and how much coordination it needs. A defined launch or webinar campaign can be scoped separately, with a fixed quote agreed before work starts.
