How pricing works
The CAD $30 hourly starting rate is a guide. The final quote reflects the work involved, its complexity and the level of responsibility you need me to take.
Monthly support is billed in advance at an agreed flat fee. A monthly arrangement covers the agreed scope and capacity. If your needs change, we discuss the adjustment and any additional cost before expanding the work.
Your written scope sets out
Why one person
Administrative, operational and technical tasks often overlap. A client onboarding process might involve documents, emails, scheduling, CRM updates and coordination with your team.
My experience allows me to handle a range of those connected responsibilities within one support arrangement. That can reduce the need to hire and coordinate several people for closely related work.
You have one consistent point of contact who learns your business, tracks the details and follows through.
From first message to first update
Share the responsibilities you want to hand over, the tools you use and any deadlines or coverage requirements.
I recommend a support arrangement and provide a written scope and quote. We confirm priorities, working hours and expectations together.
We complete the agreement, arrange appropriate access and establish how requests, approvals and updates will be handled.
I start with the agreed work and provide a weekly written update covering progress, outstanding items and what I need from you.
Pricing FAQ
You do not need to choose a support level before getting in touch. Describe the work, how often it needs attention and where you need dependable follow-through. I will recommend an appropriate starting point and explain the scope and price.
