    What I do

    • Account audit

I review how contacts enter the account, which tags and campaigns they hit, and where records go wrong.

    • Campaign and tag cleanup

I fix broken campaigns, merge or retire duplicate tags, and remove steps nobody can explain.

    • Integration repairs

I reconnect forms, payments, schedulers and course platforms so records update the way they should.

    • Documentation

I write down how each workflow runs, so your team can maintain it after I finish.

"She has become someone I trust to take something on, figure it out, and get it done." Sarah Roth, a client for more than two years, whose CRM I helped set up and organize.

The full scope is on my CRM cleanup and automation service page.

An Infusionsoft consultant helps businesses review, maintain and improve their CRM setup. That can include cleaning up contacts and tags, repairing campaigns, connecting other tools, and documenting how the account works.

If your account is difficult to manage, start by identifying the workflow that needs attention. A focused review can help establish whether you need a small repair or a wider project.

When is it worth getting help?

    Consider outside help when:

    • ●Leads or customers miss the follow-up they should receive.
    • ●You cannot explain what important tags and campaigns do.
    • ●Your forms, payments or connected tools produce inconsistent records.
    • ●A former team member or agency left without a clear handover.
    • ●You want to make a change but cannot identify the workflows it might affect.

Bring a concrete example: what the person did, what you expected the system to do, and what happened instead. This is more useful than trying to diagnose everything yourself.

What should an account review cover?

A useful review connects the technical setup to the customer journey. For the workflows in scope, it should examine how contacts enter the system, which data and tags they receive, what triggers the next step, and where information moves between tools.

The output should explain the findings, their likely impact and the recommended order of work. Ask whether implementation is included or quoted separately.

    What affects the price?

There is no single price that describes every Infusionsoft project. Reviewing one campaign is a different scope from cleaning up an inherited account or planning a migration.

Ask for a proposal that separates:

    • ●Investigation: what will be reviewed and what findings you will receive.
    • ●Implementation: which changes are included and how additional work is handled.
    • ●Testing: which customer journeys will be checked.
    • ●Handover: what documentation or training is included.
    • ●Ongoing support: whether maintenance is optional and how it is priced.

Compare proposals using these deliverables as well as the quoted rate. A low headline rate does not tell you the total project cost, and a high rate does not establish the quality of the work.

    Questions to ask before hiring

    1. Have you worked with the Keap product and integrations I use?
    2. Can you explain a relevant project and your role in it?
    3. How will you review dependencies before changing live campaigns?
    4. What will you test, and how will the results be recorded?
    5. What documentation will I receive?
    6. What happens if the review uncovers work outside the agreed scope?

If certification matters to you, ask about current status directly. Ask for project evidence separately so you can assess how the consultant's experience relates to your account.

Hiring support for a Canadian business

Confirm the currency of the quote, working-hour overlap, invoicing details and the experience relevant to your business. Ask about the actual Keap product and integrations the consultant has worked with. Location alone does not establish technical ability or expertise in tax, privacy or regulated work.

I am based in Canada and quote the starting rate shown on the pricing page in Canadian dollars. We confirm the scope, price and working arrangements before paid work begins.

    What should you prepare?

List your Keap product, connected tools, current problems and upcoming deadlines. Include screenshots or examples with customer information removed where possible. Do not send passwords through a contact form. Agree on appropriate account access once the work is defined.

    Frequently asked questions

You can hire me through Rellatech. I am a Keap and Infusionsoft consultant based in Canada, and I audit, clean up and repair Infusionsoft and Keap Max Classic accounts for small businesses.

An Infusionsoft consultant reviews your account, fixes broken campaigns and tags, sets up integrations and documents your workflows so your automations run reliably.

Yes. Infusionsoft was renamed Keap, and the original platform is now called Keap Max Classic.

Yes. A consultant may offer a project focused on a particular campaign or integration. The initial review should establish whether other workflows affect that repair.

Pricing depends on scope, account complexity and the support arrangement. Request a written estimate that explains what is included in investigation, implementation, testing and handover.

That should be a finding of the review, not an assumption. Start with the customer journeys that matter most and assess what is already working.
