What's included

A pitch deck is the first 90 seconds of a relationship. Investors flip through it on their phone between meetings. Enterprise buyers forward it to three people you have never met. The deck has to do a lot of work without you in the room. That means the narrative needs to land in the first three slides, the design has to look like a company you would invest in, and the file has to be small enough to email and editable enough that you can swap a logo on a Sunday night before a Monday meeting.

Investor decks for pre-seed, seed, and Series A raises
Sales decks for high-ticket B2B deals
Internal strategy decks and all-hands presentations
Branded master template you reuse forever
Data charts, market sizing, and financial visuals
Narrative structure and slide-by-slide messaging review
    Speaker notes and one-page leave-behind
Editable Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint files

    The 11-slide investor skeleton

Most investor decks I rebuild are too long, too dense, and bury the lede. The skeleton I work from has 11 slides and almost never grows beyond 15. It is the structure that has worked across the raises I have supported.

    • ●1. The one-line pitch. What you do, for whom, and why now.
    • ●2. The problem. Specific, painful, and obviously expensive.
    • ●3. The solution. Show the product, do not describe it.
    • ●4. Why now. The market shift that makes this possible.
    • ●5. Market size. Top-down and bottom-up. Real numbers.
    • ●6. Traction. Whatever you have, framed against the right benchmark.
    • ●7. Business model. How you make money, in one sentence.
    • ●8. Go-to-market. The next 12 months, not five years.
    • ●9. Competition. A 2x2 matrix or a feature grid, never a logo soup.
    • ●10. Team. Why you, specifically, win this market.
    • ●11. The ask. How much, what runway, what milestones.

    Pitch deck FAQ

Three main types. Investor decks (the classic 10-15 slide raise deck for pre-seed through Series A). Sales decks for high-ticket B2B teams who pitch to enterprise buyers. And internal decks: strategy presentations, all-hands updates, board reviews. The design discipline is the same; the narrative structure changes.

Both, depending on what you want. Most clients bring me a rough draft (often a Google Doc dump or a Notion page) and I shape it into a slide-by-slide narrative, then design it. If you have a tight outline already, I can go straight to design. If you have nothing, I start with a 60-minute working session to extract the story.

Yes. The single biggest tell of an early deck is amateur design: stock photos that do not match, three different fonts, charts pulled straight from Excel. I build a proper brand system for the deck (typography, colour, chart style, photography direction) so it reads as a company that knows what it is doing, not a side project.

Yes. I deliver in Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint with a documented style guide so you can update numbers, swap a slide, or add a customer logo without breaking the design. For investor decks I usually recommend Google Slides because it is easiest to share and version-control.

Two full rounds of revisions on the structure and copy, plus two rounds on the design. Most decks land within those four passes. Beyond that I bill hourly so I do not end up in revision purgatory.

Not formally, because I am not a pitch coach. I can still give you direct feedback on the flow and timing during review calls, and for full pitch coaching I refer to people I trust.

Pitch decks are quoted based on slide count, source-material readiness, narrative support, research, data visualization, and turnaround time. You receive a fixed quote for the agreed scope before work starts.

Two to three weeks from kickoff for a polished investor deck. The first week is narrative and structure, the second is design and revisions. Rush jobs are possible (one week) with a 25 percent expedite fee, schedule permitting.
