What is LMS and course-platform support?

LMS and course-platform support keeps online programs organized from setup through student delivery. Rellatech helps coaches, educators and course businesses configure platforms, migrate content, coordinate launches, repair access issues and manage student workflows across Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, LearnDash, Kartra and ThriveCart Learn. Support is delivered remotely from Canada.

Built for course creators who have outgrown DIY.

Most educators start solo, ship the first course on whatever platform was cheapest, then hit a wall by course three. This service is for that moment.

    • Coaches, consultants, and experts running cohort or evergreen courses.
    • Course creators migrating off a platform that no longer fits (Teachable to Kajabi, etc.).
    • Membership site operators dealing with billing issues, drip failures, and access bugs.
    • Educators preparing for a launch and tired of last-minute platform fires.

    What course platform work fixes.

    Launch week chaos

Drip didn't trigger. Welcome email never sent. Payment plan students lost access on day two. I pressure-test every flow before doors open.

    Migration nobody wants to touch

Old content, old students, old subscriptions, old tags. I rebuild the curriculum, migrate students cleanly, and keep their progress intact.

    Student support eating your week

Same five issues, every cohort. I document them, build template replies, and route the rest through a ticketing system you can hand off.

    Drip and dripped-content failures

Modules unlocking on the wrong day. Bonus content firing before the main lesson. I rebuild the schedule and test it cohort by cohort.

    Payment plan and refund issues

Stripe failures, Thrivecart refunds that didn't revoke access, dunning emails that scared good customers. I close the loop end to end.

A sales page disconnected from the platform

Checkout that doesn't pass UTMs. Order bumps that don't enroll. I wire the front end to the LMS so the data flows.

    Course platforms I work inside.

Deep work in Kajabi and Thrivecart Learn. Strong day-to-day in Teachable, Thinkific, LearnDash, and Kartra. Vendor-neutral: I'll tell you when a platform isn't worth migrating to.

    Common questions

    LMS & Online Courses FAQ

It depends on whether you sell live cohorts (Kajabi or Thinkific), evergreen (Kajabi or Thrivecart Learn for the bundle play), membership (MemberSpace, Circle), or want full white-label control (LearnDash on WordPress). I'm vendor-neutral and will steer you to what fits your model, not what pays the highest affiliate.

Yes on most platform combinations. Kajabi to Thinkific, Teachable to Kajabi, Thinkific to LearnDash all preserve enrollment and lesson-level progress when migrated correctly. I test the migration on a sample cohort before touching production.

Tier-1 yes: password resets, access issues, payment plan questions, FAQ-level help. Anything that requires your subject-matter expertise gets escalated to you with full context.

Three to six weeks for a typical launch: 1 week audit, 2 to 3 weeks build, 1 week pressure-test, 1 week monitored launch. Migrations add 2 to 4 weeks depending on student count.

Platform setup, migration, and full course launches are quoted based on the platform, content volume, integrations, and launch support required. Ongoing student and platform support can be included in an ongoing monthly engagement.

No. You bring the curriculum, I build the delivery. If you need an instructional designer or learning experience writer, I can refer one.
