Built for advisors whose books have outgrown their systems.

Somewhere around 80 to 150 households, most independent practices hit the same wall. Meetings get scheduled around gaps instead of priorities, client files live in three different places, and quarterly reviews eat a week of prep time that should take a day.

    • Independent financial advisors and small RIAs with a growing household count.
    • Advisors using Wealthbox, Redtail, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, or HubSpot.
    • Practices running review meetings on eMoney or RightCapital.
    • Advisors preparing for a new hire, a partner transition, or simply tired of doing this alone.

Where I start, and where I go from there.

A calendar that books itself into chaos

Prospect calls, client reviews, and internal meetings land wherever there's an opening. I manage the calendar with real buffers around prep time and travel, so the day has a shape again.

    Client documents scattered across email

Signed forms, meeting notes, and custodial paperwork sit in inboxes instead of a client file. I gather and organize them into a system that's easy to hand to a compliance reviewer or a new hire.

    Quarterly reviews assembled from scratch

Pulling reports from three platforms every quarter eats a full week. I put together a repeatable review packet so most of that time comes back.

A CRM full of stale entries

Missing birthdays, outdated addresses, dead email addresses. I clean the database and set a maintenance schedule so it stays usable between reviews.

    Onboarding that varies by client

Every new household gets a slightly different welcome sequence depending on who's available that week. I build one onboarding workflow so the experience is consistent every time.

Content that gets drafted but never sent

Newsletters and LinkedIn updates sit half-finished. I take the draft and handle the scheduling and distribution.

    Software I already work in.

I'm not your compliance officer and I don't give financial or regulatory advice. I handle the administrative and operational layer, inside the platforms you already use.

    FAQ

    Common questions from financial advisors.

I'm not a compliance officer and I don't give compliance advice. I've built documented workflows for advisors before and I'll coordinate directly with your CCO or compliance consultant so the systems I set up hold up to review.

Client data stays inside the platforms you already use, under your existing security setup. I work under a signed NDA and my access is limited to what the task requires.

Both. Solo advisors with a growing household count and small RIAs are where I fit best. Once a firm has a large internal team, an in-house operations hire usually makes more sense.

I handle the operational side of marketing, scheduling newsletters, posting to LinkedIn, organizing content calendars. I'm not a copywriter or a brand strategist.

Pricing depends on the scope of support your practice needs. You can see the structure on the Ways to Work Together (/pricing) page, and I'll suggest a fit once I understand your workload.

I'm based in Canada and work with advisors across Canada and the US, in the same or nearby time zones.
